Three strips make it into the recipe, and there's even bacon drippings added to the mayo so there's a savory bacon flavor infused throughout.
My Cousin Maxi's Broccoli Salad
It has just a touch of creaminess and lots of texture.
Recipe Summary My Cousin Maxi's Broccoli Salad
My cousin makes this recipe for all family gatherings. I was craving this salad and since we are on lockdown due to the Coronavirus (and there are no family get-togethers), I decided to make a smaller batch. This was just enough for 2 servings each for hubby and myself.Ingredients | Broccoli Salad Recipes No Mayo
