This is our family's number-one favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal. The noodles take the place of the gravy, they get dumped over EVERYTHING! They are a great thick and tasty noodle.Ingredients | Homemade Pasta Recipes Giada
4 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups all-purpose flour 4 cups beef broth Directions
Beat the eggs and mix in the salt, pepper and flour. Divide the dough into two halves. Roll out the halves to 1/4 inch thick. Let dry for at least 2 hours.
